Happy May! There are a few major updates and improvements we're bringing to you this month!
Introducing Smart Text for the Work Plan
We've officially launched Smart Text for the Work Plan! With this new feature you can send automated SMS text follow ups via the Selly Work Plan (similar to Work Plan Emails, but for Texting!). A few example use-cases include dealership directions, customer referrals, and customer 5-start review follow ups. Updates to Deal Management
We've recently made a significant update to the way you manage Deals within Selly. It's now optional to add a Vehicle when creating a Deal. Learn more about this improvement here.

Automatic Deal-creation from Internet Leads
Selly will soon be able to automatically create Deals for you whenever Internet Leads are submitted to your dealership. This'll save you time by getting the Deal process started for you!
Some issues we've addressed
- The "Emails Sent via Selly" count on General Analytics was displaying an inaccurate count in certain situations. We've corrected the calculation so that it shows the proper count based on the time period selected.
- Internet Leads submitted by existing Clients were not properly updating the given Client's Street Address information. We've made the necessary changes such that the Street Address data on Internet Leads would be reflected properly on the Client record
- We've fixed an issue that was causing sorting issues in the Appointments module after clicking on a certain date on the calendar.
- There was an authentication error that was occurring on the Facebook Messenger Tool that prevented certain Salespeople from being able to access their Clients' profiles after navigating to them from the Facebook Tool.
- Certain Users were not receiving push notifications for new inbound text messages on their mobile apps. We've addressed this issue.
