In order to add a new Sales rep to the round robin settings. Please add that new sales rep to Selly by going to the Sales Team module. For instructions on how to add a new sales rep. Please click here.
An email with a link will be sent to the rep. Please advise your rep to follows the instructions in the email to get set up in Selly.
Once the rep has been added to Selly. The next step is to add the rep to the Round Robin Settings. This can be done by going to the Lead Management module, then Lead Settings and select the Auto-Assign Settings option.
Enable the Basic Round Robin Settings, check the box that is next to the newly added rep's name, and finaly click the Save button.
