How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on the ""Forgot your password?" link, as shown below.

After selecting "Paid User" on the dropdown and entering your email address, a reset password link will be sent to your email and you will be able to create a new password through that link.

If you are already auto-logged into the web platform, click logout on the top right corner of the platform and follow the above steps.
