These are the most frequently asked questions about the inventory module in the Selly platform. 

How often is my inventory updated in Selly?

Inventory is updated on a nightly basis from your DMS, website, or IMS system. 

Where is Selly pulling my inventory feed from? 
 
We pull your inventory feed from your DMS, website, or IMS system during the setup and onboard process. 
 
Why are some of my vehicle photos not showing up? 
 
Typically, this happens when an inventory provider sends over a corrupted inventory feed. Please let both you inventory provider and Selly support know about this issue.
