Why can't I respond to emails in the Client inbox.

Only those on the "To" field and the "From" field can correspond with the email.

Sale reps have the right to view their assigned client's communication in their Selly Client inbox.  To respond to a client who is assigned to you but the email is not addressed to you, please compose a separate email.
