What we're working on

Improvements to Deal management

Our engineering team has been working hard to bring you a brand new way to manage your leads and sales opportunities (deals) within Selly. Being able to navigate and manage multiple sales opportunities with ease from a single screen is important to ensuring that no opportunities are left behind. That's why we're building better experiences and workflows that'll make it easier for you to communicate with your customers and sell more cars. Check out the images below to see for yourself how we're improving this workflow for you. Issues we've addressed

  • Our Android mobile app previously did not support video-based text messages. We've made some adjustments in our code to allow for video attachments being sent from the Android app.
  • There was an issue in our Appointments data export feature that caused the appointment time to be incorrect. This was due to improper handling of dealership time zones. This issue has been resolved.
  • There was an issue on the Lead Management page that occurred when including special characters in the Search bar. This prevented both email address and phone numbers from being used as search terms. We've made updates to our code, and this is now resolved.
  • An improper error message was being shown to users in certain scenarios when submitting a new Website Texting Widget message. We've found the issue and made changes accordingly to resolve the issue.
