Updates we've made
Ability to re-authorize your email configuration
Occasionally, you might find that there's a syncing issue between your email mailbox and Selly. When that happens, instead of completely removing your email configuration and re-adding your email configuration, we've added a new functionality to Re-authorize your email configuration (see the yellow button in the screenshot above). This is a much better option for cases where there's a syncing problem. Re-authorizing is very simple, simply select the email configuration option (Gmail, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, or custom IMAP/SMTP settings), and step through the configuration flow, just you did when you initially set up your email within Selly. None of your emails will be lost while your account was out of sync, and it should only take a few seconds!

Improvements to Deal Management
We're continuing to make major steps forward on this project that will improve the way you manage your in-progress deals and opportunities at your dealership. Currently, we're focusing on a quick-view, which will allow you to easily manage all aspects of your deal from a single view. Keep checking back to monthly product articles for more information and progress updates on this feature!
New version of text messaging (Beta phase)
As we've mentioned in last month's product update, a new version of text messaging will be coming out shortly. We're at the final stages of testing the new version of text messaging (we want to ensure that we've thoroughly tested this new version, even for those dealers that will be on the Beta program!), and Beta dealerships will be migrated to the new version shortly (don't worry, you'll be notified before we turn on the new experience for you).
