New Email Configuration Option - Sign in with Microsoft

We've added a brand new option for configuring your team's email addresses. If your email provider uses Microsoft Exchange as the default mail server (Outlook, Office 365, and most GoDaddy accounts that use Exchange email servers), then you'll be able to simply configure your email address using the Sign in with Microsoft button. Simply follow the flow for entering your email and password, and your email will be properly configured with Selly!

Additional updates we've made

"Appointments Created" metric in General Analytics

A few dealers have been asking us how to find the number of appointments created by individual Users within Selly. Up until this point, there was no simple way to determine this within Selly, so we addressed this need by adding an "Appointments Created" data point in our General Analytics page. Now, when you're on the General Analytics page, you'll see two different Appointment-related data points: "Appointments Assigned" (which is the number of appointments that are assigned to a User over a given time period), and "Appointments Created" (which is the number of appointments that a User actually created over a given time period).

Better handling of "cell phone"-type phone numbers with Internet Leads

We've updated our Internet Lead Processor with better logic for managing Internet leads that come with multiple phone numbers. Our logic now prioritizes phone numbers that are labeled as a "cell phone"-type phone number above other phone numbers with a different label, or numbers with no label at all. 

Issues we've addressed

  • On the iOS mobile app, some Users were being logged out of the application randomly while navigating different pages of the app. This issue has been resolved.
  • We fixed a warning message in the mobile application that was incorrectly appearing in certain scenarios when using Email Templates. The message would warn the User that they were about to send an email without a subject line and/or email body even though both the subject line and email body were present.
  • The Selly Notes Pop feature on the mobile app was not working properly on certain Android devices (Samsung Galaxy-type phones). The issue has since been resolved.
  • We've fixed some inconsistencies with the numbers of upcoming and incomplete tasks in both the Task Management module and the Daily Dashboard. The counts were different in both modules due to the logic used to calculate incomplete tasks. We've modified our logic for these calculations, and the counts in both modules match.
  • A couples of dealers encountered an issue when sending text messages with links to certain vehicles on their website. The recipient was receiving the proper website link, but within the Selly web application, the links were broken. We've fixed this issue.
  • There was an issue with the Data Export functionality that caused certain Clients and Deals to not be added in the exported CSV file. This issue has been resolved.
  • There was an issue in the mobile app that caused Work Plan email and text message timing to be incorrect. This issue was resolved.
