What's coming down the pipeline?

Microsoft Exchange Email Server Integration

image__7_.png

If you have a Microsoft Exchange email server, you'll soon be able to easily configure your email using our new Microsoft Exchange email integration. This integration will cover many different Email Providers, such as Outlook, Office365, and certain GoDaddy mail servers that run out Exchange-based servers. This will now be one of the two preferred methods for configuring your email accounts (the other preferred method being Gmail). By configuring your email via one of these two methods, you'll discover a much more reliable email integration with Selly, and you'll also get more email improvements compared to non-preferred methods for email configuration.

Updates to Text Messaging

We're still hard at work on the new Text Messaging updates that will improve the usability and performance of our texting-related features (it'll also come with some great user-interface improvements!). Once we're finished with this update, we'll begin migrating dealers from the old version of the texting over to the new version of texting.

Some issues we've addressed

  • There was an error that was occurring in certain scenarios when trying to add Tasks for Clients whose names contained special characters. This issue has been resolved.
  • There was a rare issue that occurred when trying to add Client Comments as a User whose name contained a special character. This scenario has since been  resolved.
  • There was an issue with marking certain tasks as completed on a Client's profile. The loading animation was loading indefinitely if you navigated to the page directly from the Calls and Texts module. We've addressed this issue, and tasks are now being properly marked as completed.
