"Deals Lost" data point in General Analytics

Dealers were hoping that the Deals Lost data point could be added to the chart on General Analytics. So now, whenever you are viewing analytics for a specific Selly User, or for the entire dealership, you'll be able to see the number of lost deals plotted on the chart.

Optimizations and revamped interface for the SMS module

Over the past month, we've been working on major improvements to the texting experience. Once completed, you can expect the overall performance during the initial page load, and when searching for conversations to be much faster. Uploading images and sending messages will also be noticeably faster. These changes are the foundation for many more performance improvements to be made across other features of Selly.

Some issues we've addressed

  • We've fixed an issue on the Android mobile app that was preventing Users from being able to click on a phone number to make a phone call.
  • Adding an image as a Client document from the mobile app was causing the uploaded image to be small in size. We've addressed this issue, and now uploaded Client document images should be back to normal size.
  • When re-assigning a Client from one salesperson to another salesperson, there was an issue that sometimes caused an incorrect User to be the acting User. It has been fixed to properly reflect the correct User that made the reassignment.
  • We temporarily had an issue that caused Email Templates to not be properly selected while trying to send an email. This issue was quickly addressed.
  • We've fixed an issue that was causing the primary image of a vehicle to be inaccurate under certain circumstances for the Frazer inventory integration.
