Automatic Deal-creation from Internet Leads

Have Selly create Deals automatically on your behalf whenever an Internet Lead is submitted to your dealership! This saves your sales team time from having to create Deals manually on their own, and also triggers the creation and execution of Work Plan-type tasks and automated emails/texts. Fresh look for General Analytics

We've revamped our General Analytics tool by giving it a brand new look. By doing this, we were able to address the performance issues on the page, and also improve the usability when navigating around the page. Check it out the update by navigating to your General Analytics page today!

Smaller Updates and Improvements

  • We've added some logic that prevents you from accidentally deleting a Texting Template if it's currently being used by a Work Plan SmartText or an Internet Lead Text Message Auto-responder.
  • If you have a texting widget on your website, you'll now be able to adjust the vertical positioning on your website. Please give us a call, and we can provide a new script with instructions that you can pass on to your website provider.

Some issues we've addressed

  • There was an issue that prevented AutoTexts from being delivered properly in certain scenarios. After investigating the root issue, we were able to make changes to address the bug.
  • There was an issue on the mobile app that prevented some photos from being added when sending a text message. Our team has addressed this issue.
  • There was an issue in the mobile app that prevented Users from clicking on the text message icon in a Client's profile. This issue has been resolved.
  • There was a bug in the Android app that caused a Sold-stage message to be displayed to the User whenever a deal was being created in a non-Sold stage. This issue has been resolved.
  • There were errors when Users tried to create brand new clients from the Voice call history page. Our team was able to find to root cause and solve the issue.
