🤖 AI-Powered Text Marketing Features
We've launched two new AI features for dealerships with Text Marketing packages to help streamline customer communication:
AI Text Conversation Summaries Quickly understand the key points of any text conversation with a single click. Use the new "Summarize with AI" button to generate an intelligent summary of your message history, perfect for getting up to speed on customer interactions or briefing team members.
Write with AI Let AI help craft the perfect response to your customers. This smart reply generator analyzes your conversation history and suggests contextually appropriate responses. You can:
- Get instant suggestions based on conversation context
- Provide additional context to guide the AI's recommendations
- Choose between Formal and Casual tones
- Select Standard or Concise response lengths
- Regenerate responses until you find the perfect fit
- Edit suggestions before sending
Both features are available to all dealerships with Text Marketing packages and integrate seamlessly into your existing text conversation workflow.
💬 Enhanced Text Conversation Interface
We've given the Text Conversation interface a fresh, modern design that makes customer communication more intuitive. Key improvements include:
User Attribution You can now see exactly which team member sent each message to customers, with user initials displayed next to outgoing messages. This improves accountability and makes it easier to track who's handling specific customer conversations.
Modern Design The entire interface has been updated with a cleaner, more contemporary look that enhances readability and overall user experience.
🔐 Proposal Access Control for Sales Teams
Managers now have granular control over how their sales team interacts with the Payment Calculator and proposal tools. This new permission system offers three access levels:
- No Access: Salespeople cannot view or create proposals
- View Access: Salespeople can view existing proposals but cannot create new ones
- Full Access: Salespeople can view, create, and send proposals
Only Manager-type users can configure these access levels, and the settings apply to all proposal-related activities including viewing, creating, and sending proposals via text or email. This gives dealerships the flexibility to customize proposal workflows based on their business processes.
⚡ Workflow Improvements
Streamlined Customer Record Creation Save time when creating new customer records with our new default marketing source feature. Set any marketing source as your default, and it will automatically be pre-selected whenever you create a new customer record. Only one source can be set as default at a time, and it applies to all users at your dealership

Customizable Proposal PDFs The Payment Calculator now includes a toggle to show or hide the Additional Fees breakdown on proposal PDFs. This per-proposal setting gives you more control over what financial details you share with customers, allowing you to customize each proposal based on your specific needs.
Enhanced Appointment Export Your appointment CSV exports now include two additional data points that were previously missing: the date each appointment was created and the user who created it. This enhancement provides better tracking and reporting capabilities for your appointment management.
Inventory Trim Details Vehicle detail views now display trim information when available from your dealership's inventory feed. This small but valuable addition helps provide more complete vehicle specifications to your customers and sales team.
