New Feature: AutoText (Internet Lead Texting Automation)
Auto-respond to your Internet Leads via text message using Selly’s new AutoText feature
We're excited to announce a brand new communication automation feature, AutoText! You can now use text message-based auto-responders to immediately reach out to your Internet leads! Soon to be released: Facebook Tool
Communicate with your Facebook Leads from within Selly!
The final piece of the puzzle for the Facebook tool is underway: browser notifications. It's important for our Facebook tool to alert you whenever a Facebook message is sent to your dealership's Facebook page, and we want to ensure that we're building the best possible notification experience for all Selly Users at your dealership. This should just take a few more weeks, and then we'll be ready to roll it out!
Some issues we've addressed
- Some dealers reported issues with inbound phone calls from customers not being routed correctly to the dealership's main line, and instead going to voicemail. We've addressed this issue.
- For certain types of KBB leads, the Trade-In information was not being added to the Notes section of the Client. We've fixed this, and now Trade-In information is now visible on the Notes section for new KBB trade-in leads.
- We've made an adjustment to the way we calculate "Attributed Sales" on Lead Analytics. There were some cases where a sale wouldn't be counted if the Purchase Date of the Deal was before the creation date of the deal. With our adjustments to our calculations, this is no longer an issue.
