Here are some product-related updates for September 2020:

New features and updates to get excited about

Facebook Messenger Tool

Over the past few months, we've been spending a lot of time building a quality integration with the Facebook Marketplace/Messenger, and development is almost completed! We just have a couple more things left to do, like ensuring that Managers are able to assign the proper level of permissions to each Salesperson at your dealership, and making sure that you're able to associate your Facebook Leads with new or existing Selly Clients. We're always collecting early-access signups, so if you're interested in trying out the tool before it gets released to all other dealers, fill out the form here.

Internet Lead Text message auto-responders

We'be been busy building the smart text messaging automation tool that responds to your Internet Leads via text message on your behalf, so that you can quit worrying about your leads not being responded to quickly. It's a little over a month from being completed for dealers that have signed up for early access. New and Improved Mobile App (iOS and Android)

A new and improved mobile app is now under development. Our aim is to build a mobile app with a better, more streamlined experience, along with greater functionality that closely mimics the features on our web browser application. Out goal is for you to have a fully-functional CRM in your pocket! This improved mobile application should be ready in a few months. There will be more updates to come as we continue development, so stay tuned!

A couple of issues we've addressed

Error pages when trying to access our web application

Some Selly users were experiencing issues when accessing Selly on the web browser. Users reported facing some cryptic-looking error pages, and not being able to solve the issue unless you cleared your browser cache and history. We apologize about the frustration that it's caused. After a lot of investigation, we were able to pinpoint the root issue and solve it. The issue is completely solved, but if you happen to see this issue again, please let our support team know as soon as possible.

Mobile App push notifications

A few Selly users who have the iOS mobile app (iPhone or iPad) reported issues with their push notifications not working properly. Our team was able to uncover the issue, and we rushed to make a fix as soon as we could. We understand the importance of receiving push notifications to alert you when clients submit leads or send text messages, so we're working hard to ensure that these push notification issues don't happen again.
