On behalf of everyone here at Selly, I'm excited to share with you some recent improvements and updates made to the CRM platform that have been published as of our last release on July 23, 2018:

Several great changes and improvements are coming to the Selly texting module which aims to increase client engagement while ensuring you stay compliant. Instead of an opt-in system where clients have to actively confirm in order for additional messages to be sent, we’ve moved to an opt-out system, so clients still have control over the process, but you have a greater chance to build rapport before they shut the conversation off! This also removes the need for dealers who have chosen to bypass the opt-in message and risk non-compliance.

Managers will also now be able to control whether sales reps get access to view incoming text messages from unknown numbers that may be potential clients, and will be able to manage this access on an individual basis. In addition, the ability to view incoming texts from unknown numbers will now be available on the mobile app, and these incoming messages will generate push notifications as well.

Lastly, bug fixes have gone out that address issues experienced by some dealers where work plan tasks were not getting re-assigned to a new user when a client previously assigned to another user got re-assigned to that new user.

Sincerely,
The Selly Team
