On behalf of everyone here at Selly, I'm excited to share with you some recent improvements and updates made to the CRM platform that have been published as of our last release on June 18th, 2018:

We have made significant improvements to the way we match incoming leads with existing clients in the CRM to avoid duplicates. From now on, if a single client submits multiple leads from different sources or at different times, our system should be able to detect, in the majority of cases based on email address and phone number, whether the lead is from a new or existing client. We hope this improvement will address the bulk of dealer concerns with regards to client record duplication.

Improvements have been made to the way client sources are assigned for clients that are added into Selly directly from a sold file. These changes will apply to clients who are newly added from sold data from integrated DMS vendors.
