Hello!
On behalf of everyone here at Selly, I'm excited to share with you some recent improvements made to the CRM platform that have been published as of our last release on April 3rd.
- We've partnered with VinFactor to give you even better data and insights into the vehicles you have on your lot and how competitively you are priced in your market. This is a game-changer! In the inventory module, when you click on a vehicle to view more information on it, you'll notice that the VIN number gets highlighted in green. Click on the VIN number, and you'll notice a VinFactor widget appears to the right, containing loads of valuable, actionable information about how the vehicle is priced in your market compared to other dealerships, as well as average days on lot and average list price for that vehicle, a scatter plot of pricing information, and much more! VinFactor has replaced our previous tool, VinAudit, bringing you better data and a better experience.
- Managers will now have control over whether to allow sales reps to delete clients in the platform.
To enable this setting, simply go to the dealer settings section of the Settings module, and uncheck the box that says "Allow sales reps to delete clients?" under User Management. This is in response to complaints from some dealers about how it was too difficult to monitor undesired sales reps' activity in Selly and track down clients that should not have been deleted.
- Ability to view and make comments on the mobile app
This feature was always present on the web platform, but has now been added to the Selly mobile app!
- A larger section to write notes about clients on the mobile app
- Notification for each new lead from an existing client
In the past, there were cases where a second or subsequent lead submitted by a client already in one's account did not generate a notification, causing certain sales opportunities to fall through the cracks. This has now been taken care of, and all leads should generate a notification going forward.
- Ability to add information about multiple vehicles in an email
Previously, it had only been possible to select a single vehicle to insert information about in an outbound email. It is now possible to insert information about multiple vehicles (one primary vehicle and up to three alternative vehicles) into an outbound email.
- Bugs affecting certain users that were causing trouble with round-robin assignment and re-assignment settings have been fixed.
Sincerely,
The Selly Team
