Why can't I complete a task?

Permanently deleted user -

When a task doesn't have a checkmark box next to it (on the web platform) or the text "Complete" (on mobile), this means you do not have permission to complete the task.

This may be due to two reasons.

1.) The task may not be assigned to you. Only the assigned user, and in most cases the user assigned to the associated client, can complete the task.

2.) The task is an email Work Plan task, but the client associated does not have an email in his or her client profile.

To fix this, you will either need to reassign that client to yourself or add the client's email in the Client Module under Basic Info.
