Opportunity Comments

We've introduced Opportunity Comments. With this latest enhancement, you can effortlessly view and create comments when accessing an Opportunity quick view. This feature allows you to document crucial interactions with your leads and customers all in a single location. You'll not only have access to comments made directly on the Opportunity itself, but also those made on the associated Client's profile. 

Usability enhancement when creating an Opportunity

We've made an enhancement that should make it a bit easier to create a new sales opportunity with the correct Interested Vehicle from the start. Rather than forcing you to search for the right vehicle or clicking on one of the suggested vehicles, our system will automatically set the vehicle for your opportunity based on the Client's most recent vehicle inquiry. This way, you won't have to make an additional click in order for the vehicle of interest to be properly set.

Bugs we've fixed

  • We've fixed an issue that was causing certain work plan emails to be improperly dismissed. The problem originated from emails that weren't configured properly with our system. We updated our system to better account for certain email settings.
  • There was an issue that prevented tablet users from being able to change stages of an opportunity. We diagnosed the issue and made the necessary changes to get it working again.
