New Updates and Enhancements
Opportunities module available to all
Last Month we enabled the new Opportunities Module to all Selly dealerships! This feature represents a significant leap forward in streamlining your interactions with leads and clients. Over the next few months, we'll be adding new functionality and enhancements to the Opportunities Module in an effort to greatly improve your deal management workflow. We're starting our enhancements with the ability to make comments directly on the Quick View of an opportunity (coming out later this month, see image below). This will allow everyone to better interact with one another whenever something important happens with an opportunity.
New Enhancement - Lost Reasons
When moving an Opportunity to the Lost stage, you'll now have the ability to indicate the Lost Reason (the reason the opportunity was lost). We've given all dealers a set of default Lost Reasons, but you can also customize the list of Lost Reasons by adding, deleting, and updating the Lost Reasons to fit your dealership's needs.
Dealers that have access to Text Campaigns will also be able to filter Clients based on the Lost Reason (see image below). So if you want to send a Text Blast to all Lost-stage Clients that were lost due to "Credit Declined", you can easily do so. Read more about Lost Reasons using this guide here.
Updating the purchased date of a Sold Opportunity
A few Dealers brought it to our attention that the new Opportunities module did not provide a way to change the Purchased Date of a Sold Opportunity. In order to accommodate this functionality, we quickly worked on an enhancement on the Opportunity Quick View, so no matter where you're accessing an Opportunity from, you'll be able to change the Purchased Date of a Sold Opportunity.
