Text Blast Marketing

Capabilities we've added this month

Filtering by Make and Model

With the new Make and Model filters in Text Campaigns, you can now target Clients based on the Makes and Models of the vehicles they're interested in or have purchased. This added flexibility greater control over which Clients should receive certain text campaigns. Let's say your dealership just acquired a few new Chevrolet Silverados, and you want to send a text blast to clients who may be interested in knowing that. Using the Make/Model filters, you can easily achieve this by targeting all customers that are interested in a Chevrolet Silverado. This is just one of many scenarios where having this filter will be useful.

Targeting Sold Customers

We've added the "Sold customers" audience for use when creating a new Text Campaign. This audience option allows you to target your customers that purchased a vehicle from you in the past. In order to provide you with more flexibility when targeting your sold customers, you'll be able to filter customers based on the vehicle they purchased and/or the timeframe of their purchase. There are endless scenarios where this audience option can come in handy, but a couple of great examples are notifying customers of service-related sales, such as oil changes, or letting recently sold customers of your dealership's customer referral program.

Targeting Clients based on Stage

We've added the "Clients in specific stages" audience for use when creating a new Text Campaign. This audience option allows you to target clients based on the stage of their deal. This is useful when you want to send a text blast to all customers in a particular stage (or stages). For example, if you want to reach out to all customers in the "Unresponsive" stage in order to see if they're still interested in the market for a vehicle, this audience will help you do just that. 

Opportunity Management module

Over the next few weeks, we'll begin enabling the highly-anticipated Opportunity Management module for all Selly Dealerships. Say goodbye to the clunky and time-consuming process of managing your in-progress deals. This feature represents a significant leap forward in streamlining your interactions with leads and clients.
