Bulk Text Messaging - coming soon

Important security updates

Our development team has implemented important security upgrades to our Selly mobile and web applications in an ongoing effort to keep you and your data safe while using Selly. As a result, you may experience some issues or errors while using the applications. To resolve any such issues, we kindly request that you simply log out of the application and log back in.

Issues we've addressed

  • There was an issue that occurred when receiving certain types of text message images. The images that were received were not showing up in the User interface on the web application. This issue has been resolved, and images are now displayed properly.
  • A couple of dealerships reported an issue that prevented them from properly loading the Calls and Texts module. An error message appeared to Users whenever they clicked on the Calls and Texts module. This issue was due to an unexpected permissions-based problem that was occurring to only certain dealerships. Our development team addressed the issue, and all dealers were able to once again view the Calls and Texts page.
  • There was an issue when loading additional Internet Leads on the Lead Management page. We solved this issue by limiting the page to loading no more than 100 clients at a time.
  • There was an error on the Task Management module when calculating the number of incomplete tasks. We made an adjustment to the calculation so that the calendar count properly reflects the number of incomplete tasks on a given day.
